I came to the United States from Romania as a first-generation immigrant with a belief that hard work, determination, and opportunity could create a life beyond anything I had imagined.

For more than 25 years, the automotive industry has given me that opportunity. My career has crossed dealership operations, advertising and marketing, digital retail, sales leadership, SaaS, and artificial intelligence. Along the way, I earned five consecutive President's Club awards, led high-performing teams, and helped automotive retailers turn technology into measurable growth.

Why I founded Nissara

Giving back to an industry that gave my family so much.

I founded Nissara Advisory for two reasons. First, I wanted to give back to the industry I love by helping dealers navigate AI with an experienced, dealer-side, vendor-independent partner. Dealers deserve guidance built around their operation, their people, and their bottom line—not a vendor's sales quota.

Second, I wanted to show my son, now a college student at NC State, that no matter your background, ethnicity, or gender, there are no shortcuts for determination, integrity, faith, and work ethic. I am blessed to share this journey with my wonderful husband and our amazing son, whose support gives this work an even deeper purpose.

The meaning behind our name

Under His banner.

The name Nissara was inspired by Jehovah-Nissi—“The Lord is my banner.” It reflects the banner under which I want to live and lead: under God's will. My faith is the foundation, my automotive experience is the bridge, and technology—including AI—has been the tool that helped make this company possible.
